Staff is offered a generous and flexible paid time off (PTO) program to staff that includes several weeks of PTO, a break over the winter holiday, and eight additional holidays.

Throughout the year, employees have the ability to experience the many cultural events that take place on campus.  The Professional Development Center is dedicated to offering free opportunities to grow professionally and personally.  Discounts are available to many sporting events and employees have free access to the library and athletic facilities on campus. The WF Perks Program is a partnership with local businesses that offers service or entertainment discounts to Wake Forest University (Reynolda Campus) faculty and staff with valid University identification cards.
