FACULTY DRIVE NEIGHBORHOOD:

The Faculty Drive Neighborhood is a residential community located on the Wake Forest University campus.  The neighborhood was conceived in the 1950s by faculty of Wake Forest College, who believed that a community of faculty and staff living near campus would enhance the overall collegiate experience.  The concept replicated the existing arrangement on the old campus. Over the years the Faculty Drive Neighborhood, which is all within the University’s gates, has been home to many of the University’s most well-known and respected faculty and staff.

If you wish to be among the first to receive notification that properties have become available for purchase or have additional questions on mortgage assistance, please contact Jenny Bush, Property Administrator for Wake Forest Properties (the University’s Real Estate department), by phone at 336.758.5584 or by email at bushje@wfu.edu, and request to be added to the Faculty Drive Notification List.

Wake Forest contracts with five moving and storage firms to provide discounted services to new faculty and staff moving from out of state or within North Carolina.  For more information on arranging moving services please visit the Wake Forest Procurement page.
